Griggs & Maloney has a team of experienced biologists, geologists and wetlands and jurisdictional waters of the U.S. experts ready to mobilize to any site. Wetlands investigations can range from general documentation and map reviews to evaluate the potential for the presence of wetlands on a site to wetland determinations and delineations to mitigation through wetland bank agreements. 

The wetland/jurisdictional waters staff of Griggs & Maloney has a day-to-day working relationship with state and federal regulators in Tennessee. This working relationship allows us to know the intent of the regulations from the regulators' perspective and makes compliance in this dynamic regulatory field, with the assistance of Griggs & Maloney much more efficient.
